BALINIT DYLYN

La destacada protecció contra la corrosió i les propietats antiadherents, han fet de BALINIT® DYLYN un recobriment ben consolidat. Les seves propietats de protecció contra el desgast i de fregament són especialment importants per a l'enginyeria mecànica, el processat de plàstics i la indústria de semiconductors.

Durant el procés de deposició química en fase vapor assistida per plasma (PACVD, Plasma Assisted Chemical Vapour Deposition), es crea una reacció química a causa de l”activació i ionització del plasma. La qualitat i rendiment òptims estan assegurats ja que el recobriment es duu a terme en un ambient net i sota condicions de buit, i també gràcies a la manipulació adequada de les peces i components, una tasca crítica en la que tenim molta experiència.

BALINIT® DYLYN també s'utilitza per a aplicacions de cavitats i motlles per a la indústria mèdica i per a les indústries del packaging (especialment fabricants de taps roscats i botelles PET), i també per a totes les peces mòbils i correderes dels motlles per injecció.
