The culture employee resource group (ERG) – E.N.R.I.C.H@Oerlikon is committed to play a vital role in contributing to Oelrikons' Culture success by bridging and transforming the experience of various diverse people at work across the globe who make up the unique global teams landscape. We act as advisory to leadership on diversity objectives, intercultural and professional development of teams.

    As a Recruiting Manager and a mother of two boys, I understand the unique challenges and triumphs that come with balancing work and family life.     "Entering motherhood was challenging both physically/emotionally yet extremely fulfilling. As a full-time working mother of two little girls, I have gained lots of valuable experience in juggling both career and family. My main aim is to help another parent with the daily struggle of balancing both work and family by sharing my experiences/thoughts or simply by providing a listening ear.

    I am also motivated to advocate for the needs and interests of working parents in Oerlikon, to raise awareness about the challenges faced by working parents and to promote understanding and empathy throughout the organization."



With this ERG, we aim to bridge the gap between different generations and learn to work together in a healthy way and face future challenges in a changing world of work.​​​​​​ Understand the needs of professionals from each Generation Z, Gen Y, Gen X and Baby Boomer generation to develop tailor-made strategies for their specific needs.

Different generations bring different strengths, competencies, expectations and synergies to the team. At the same time, a mix of generations in the team also demands a lot from the managers, who often belong to a different generation group. We therefore hope that this ERG will also be beneficial to managers who are working with multi-generation teams.
