To prevent thermal runaway, a battery cell's temperature must not exceed 100°C. Our advanced cell separators maintain optimal cell pressure for stability and feature elastic properties that accommodate cell breathing and swelling.

Our heat shields for EV batteries provide temperature resistance of up to 1,400°C and exceptional electrical insulation of up to 18kV.
