"I started as a service engineer at Oerlikon over 20 years ago. I was fascinated by the international environment in which I worked. After several years as a field service technician, I switched to internal service. I enjoy helping customers, whether by e-mail or telephone. Through internal promotion, I am now a team leader of service engineers and support not only the customers but also my team to satisfy the customers. Because the service engineers are the link to the customer, they often feel the pulse on site and only satisfied customers stay with Oerlikon."

Today I visit the customers as a plant salesman and try to inspire them with our innovation.
