BALIMED™ DLC STAR is characterized by important functional properties: The black, matte coating helps surgeons to work reflection-free under the bright surgical lighting. In addition, BALIMED™ DLC STAR provides enhanced wear protection under high loads, as well as improved friction reduction in complex tribosystems. The coating maintains the cutting sharpness of surgical instruments and thus prolongs their service life.
