“I see you as who you are, I am curious about you” – this is the what is literally meant by the Zulu greeting ‘Sawubona – I see you’, the theme of our conference. With this event we want to create a safe environment of inclusiveness, to inspire and learn from each other. It is the start of a long-term dialog and a commitment of Oerlikon and all of us to become a more welcoming place for everyone.
