When we launched the Culture project in early 2021, leaders and employees told us it would be helpful to have some guidelines explaining what behaviors are expected for each Success Statement. Responding to this request, the OMF leadership team drafted a set of “descriptors” for each Success Statement.
In the summer we ran an online process open to all employees, which had over 1’500 employee views and over 150 employee contributions, where people offered their confidential feedback on the draft descriptors. This feedback was integrated and EC approved the lists of final Success Statement descriptors. Based on these descriptors, EC approved a shorter list of “short anchors” for each Success Statement, to be used in communications, posters, discussions and workshops.
