Worm Gears
BALINIT C (WC/C) coating of the steel screws of worm-gear positioning drives significantly reduces bronze wheel counter face wear. The bronze wheel can even be replaced by a steel wheel.
Advantages: reduced friction and danger of galling wear, higher gear precision when bronze wheel is replaced by a steel wheel.
