Surface One offers up to three spray processes, combined with a powder feed technology, spray gun and a handling system, it is delivered as a single compact machine. With a footprint 20% less than a comparable thermal spray system, the production output per square unit on your floor space will increase. Surface One reduces installation time with 80% thereby reducing disruption on the shopfloor and advancing startup. Part loading and unloading is designed more maximum efficiency and minimal operator exposure.
