Visual inspection station for the automatic sorting of yarn bobbins produced in spinning and texturing processes, to identify possible morphological defects such as:
- broken filaments and loops
- overthrows
- reserve yarn
- dirt
- package built
Integrated in-line solution
The station can be installed on the existing automatic sorting system, equipped with monorail shuttle, or other solutions. The personalized configuration allows to adapt the system to the existing line capacity, with multiple or single bobbin analysis.
Automatic defect classification
The station is set up to exchange data with the factory, for example through a database. In this way it can classify the bobbins by quality, and store the results and images based on the client needs.
Smart acquisition hardware system
The station is equipped with a special acquisition hardware system to:
- Emphasize morphological defects that physically emerge from the bobbin outer surface, such as broken filaments, dirt, profile.
- Soften the correct morphologies like pattern, spiral effect.
- Optimize image acquisition and therefore analysis times, managing to analyse very light bobbins or very dark bobbins while maintaining very fast acquisition times.
