Cladding and Weld Overlay Materials
Each of our cladding and weld overlay products have been designed for a specific weld process with tightly controlled particle size distribution and morphology. Our portfolio includes materials for wear and corrosion resistance, and surface restoration.
We have hardfacing products for:

Our products have tailored carbide grain sizes and morphologies for both cutting and wear applications. We design our matrix constituents with the hardness and corrosion resistance required to withstand the service environment where the product will be used. If you prefer to blend with your own matrix, we can supply the unblended carbide materials.
Other laser cladding and PTA welding applications
We supply steels, alloys, and superalloys specifically designed and sized for laser cladding and PTA. Each product is tightly controlled for chemistry and particle size distribution. Many products are dry gas atomized for excellent homogeneity and low oxide content.
