The Service has the following aims:
- To assure customers of Oerlikon Graziano availability for technical training in its products.
- To assure support to customers for activities concerning specific problems in after sales.
- To assure organizations with regard to customer complaints, transferring the information rapidly within Oerlikon Graziano in order to solve problems and grant the continuous improvement.
- To offer customers a reconditioning service and setting-up of Oerlikon Graziano products out of warranty.
The following activities are carried out:
- Servicing at the customer plant to analyse specific problems.
- Analyses of customer complaints, providing the necessary information and the best solutions.
- Axle and transmission reconditioning.
- Realisation, production and updating of technical documentation relative to Oerlikon Graziano products (setting up and workshop handbooks, specific fixtures, suggested spare part lists, etc.).
- Support activities of Oerlikon Graziano departments for products improvement.
- Technical training given to the customers.
- Claims management
- Warranty adjudication
