Drivelines and CVT (continuously variable transmission) for agricultural equipments
Oerlikon Graziano is the preferred partner for collaborative-design, testing and manufacturing of driveline systems for variety of special applications in off-highway, mainly in agricultural.
- One set of agricultural drive axle consisting of the front steering drive configuration, while the rear is a rigid axle incorporating a 540/1000 or 750/1000 rpm PTO with hydraulic shifting, designed for premium niche agricultural tractors, suitable for road transfer, agricultural, non agricultural and forestry tasks at high speed (60 - 80 kph). Both the axles have been designed to be fitted with suspension arms (multilink suspension). The two axles are marketed with 100% hydraulic differential lock.
- One set of axles, both steering and the front is oscillating as well, while the rear is a steering drive rigid mounted axle, designed for premium niche agricultural tractors (4 WS), suitable for road transfer, agricultural, non agricultural and forestry tasks at high speed up to 60 Kph. This set of axles is supplied with outboard wet disk brake and are marketed with 100% hydraulic differential lock.
- New innovative CVT® - Chain Continuously Variable Transmission - developed for a 40-50 HP compact tractor range. The heart of the system is the Chain Drive Variator made up of a steel chain running between two pulleys with variable diameters. This innovative transmission is equipped with sensors to measure torque, engine speed and variator speed to control the transmission electronically, allowing for instance to see a constant working speed (while engine adapts to the load) or a constant engine speed (while transmission adapts ratio to the load).
