Code of Conduct
The Code of Conduct is an expression of the commitments, standards of behaviour and accountability accepted by all the stakeholders as part of their professional duties. As well as being a further step towards comprehensive achievement of our social and ethical engagement on several levels, this document outlines in a clear and definitive way the valuable prerequisites which guide our way of doing business: safeguarding the environment, fairness, equity and professional care are the cornerstones in our approach and way of working, both for in-house and external relations.
From March 2023, Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts adhere to the Oerlikon Code of Conduct.

Whistleblowing
In compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 231/2001, Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts have set up an internal whistleblowing system, i.e. the possibility of submitting reports of unlawful conduct or violations of the MOG – Group Organization and Management Model.
Such reports must be circumstantiated and based on precise factual elements, of which employees might become aware whilst performing their duties. The whistleblower is guaranteed the utmost confidentiality and protection against discriminatory or retaliatory acts attributable to the report made.As of March 2023, Oerlikon Riri and Oerlikon Fineparts adheres to the Oerlikon Reporting (Whistleblowing) Policy.
