Prototyping and sampling
Prototyping is the first step in transforming an idea into a concrete project: starting from a careful analysis of customer requirements, the design offices use the latest technologies, including 3D printing and lost-wax casting, resulting in fast prototype production. After the prototype has been designed and approved, we proceed with the refinement of each component and the production of small series. Surface finishing
In the area of surface treatments, Oerlikon Fineparts achieves a level of excellence that makes a difference! Traditional finishing techniques complement modern thin-film coating technologies, including Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) and Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC), that can be used to improve the properties of a component, making it more resistant to wear and tear.
