Individual will manage customer relationship needs and develop new opportunities within the existing customer base. Meanwhile, he should Identify, manage, and pursue new opportunities outside the current customer base resulting in sales growth.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the existing customer (Main window for quality, logistics, payment issues)
  • Assist to hunting, prospecting and selling for Friction Systems products, understand competitive business and market intelligence at the respective customer
  • Achieve sales targets
  • Involved in price and contract negotiation
  • Traveling to frequent visit potential clients
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
  • Administering client AR
  • Customer support as required
  • Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
  • Responsible for the communication of customer feedback to the organization
  • Perform other duties as required.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor degree
  • 1-3 years experience or excellent newly graduated students
  • Knowledge of mechanics and commercial business
  • Experience in working with global OEM, transmission industry, China based OEM’s is preferred
  • Good knowledge of PC-work (MS-Office: Word, Excel etc.)
  • Willingness to travel,driving license is a plus
  • English, basic written and verbal level
