Recruiter EMEA (m/f/d)

We have an exciting opportunity for an "in-house" Recruiter EMEA (m/f/d) to immediately join our team of In-house Recruiters for a 6 month assignment. This position will be based in Kelsterbach near Frankfurt. Home Office during the COVID-19 pandemic is an option. As a Recruiter for EMEA you will deliver the complete recruitment process, managing stakeholder and candidate expectation throughout and providing solutions to recruitment challenges. You have a passion for talent acquisition and are motivated by providing an exceptional experience to all candidates throughout the recruitment process, adapting your approach to suit the individual needs of each candidate.You will report directly to the Recruitment Manager EMEA based in Germany. This role will develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of goals. 


  • Actively sourcing candidates
  • Attracting candidates by placing job advertisements
  • Screening résumés
  • Candidate application administration incl. updating the candidate tracking system
  • Coordinating interviews and interviewing candidates
  • Conducting background checks when necessary
  • Negotiating offers
  • Building candidate pipelines by researching and contacting universities, employment agencies and internet sites
  • Building talent pools for future reference

What we are looking for

  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on international recruiting experience with high volume recruiting strategies and experience with web-based recruiting tools such as SuccessFactors
  • Experience in active sourcing of candidates with online portals
  • Comprehensive behavioural-based interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • The ability to be flexible and multi-task in a fast-paced, high demand environment
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Willingness to travel as required
  • Verbal and written communication skills in German and English required
