Title: Operations Coordinator
Location: Elgin, IL
The Operations Coordinator directly reports to the Center Manager. The primary function of the Operations Coordinator is to support all operations of the center with a focus on HSE and Operations initiatives.
HSE (Training, KPI's & Audits)
Report needed compliance standards such as media consumption report
Meeting minute documents
Lead daily standup safety meetings
Order & Receive needed supplies
Support the coordination of OOE initiatives
- Advanced education desirable. Experience substitutes
- 2+ years Operations experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
- Strong, self-motivated independent thinker
- Proficient using MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) is required
