Title: Operations Coordinator

Location: Elgin, IL

The Operations Coordinator directly reports to the Center Manager. The primary function of the Operations Coordinator is to support all operations of the center with a focus on HSE and Operations initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • HSE (Training, KPI's & Audits)

  • Report needed compliance standards such as media consumption report

  • Meeting minute documents

  • Lead daily standup safety meetings

  • Order & Receive needed supplies

  • Support the coordination of OOE initiatives 

  • 5S team

Your Profile

  • Advanced education desirable. Experience substitutes
  • 2+ years Operations experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are
  • Strong, self-motivated independent thinker
  • Proficient using MS Office (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Access) is required
