1. Contract
Implementation and further development of the global ICP.
Responsible Key User for the trade control related SAP implementation for OSS China.
Guide and drive the implementation of the new Chinese Export Control Law, incl. global awareness raising for extra-territorial provisions.
Collaborate with internal function teams, including compliance, legal, patent and finance as needed to facilitate and resolve export control and sanctions issues.
Close cooperation with the global HQ (focus on Group Legal Services, in particular Global Trade Control).
Monthly project status report update to functional lead.
Provide miscellaneous trade control support as required.
2. Miscellaneous
Support local GMs and operative staff re export and sanctions compliance
Close cooperation with local legal expert
Support and interface with local government trade control rule making and enforcement authorities
Other duties as assigned
