Responsibilities

In this position you will report to the Head of Sales & Marketing Precision Components and manage the following responsibilities:

  • Application development
    • Develop new applications in Motorsports segment
    • Advise and educate SPC sales team in existing applications
    • Drive and monitor replications strategy globally for existing applications
  • Support roll out of Market segment strategies §Direct and indirect management of important Motorsports accounts
  • Drive market roll out of new products
  • Innovation:
    • Provide profound input and support for innovation projects §Member of innovation projects teams
    • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
    • support the development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary personal (CSC, production technology, R&D)
  • Marketing
    • Support exhibitions and conferences
    • Responsible for application driven marketing material
  • Support of countries - especially UK, Austria, Italiy France, US and Japan - for projects and customer visits
  • Support and strong cooperation with competence center Motorsports in Limoges

We expect

  • University Degree in Engineering with further education in economics
  • Min. 5 years work experience in a related field, ideally in a manufacturing company
  • Good business acumen proven track record in engine related business
  • Good skills in aligning processes combined with the ability to engage others 
  • Self-driven, open and positive mind-set ideally with experience in international and cross-cultural business environment
  • Dedicated, convincing personality that is able to integrate well into the team
  • Experience in leading complex projects with diversified and virtual project teams
  • Expected willingness to travel 30% - 40%
