Blaster Technician (Operator) 2nd shift

Position: Technician (Blaster)

You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the final product is ready to meet our customer’s expectations before final shipping.  The Blaster position is critical to keep the day-to-day operations running smoothly and with little delay. This is accomplished by blastering all product in a quick and orderly manner, conducting inspection. We Expect

  • Blastering all customer parts.
  • Inspect customer's fixtures material.
  • Check all fixtures orders.
  • Communicate between Coating Technicians and Incoming/Outgoing personnel to ensure uninterrupted work flow.
  • Maintain 5S in designated area
  • Physical ability to Lift up to 40lbs
  • Mental ability to maintain professional manner during stressful situations.
  • Education: High School
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Basic computer skills, and teamwork.
