Position Summary and Essential Duties:
Having the right people in the right place at the right time is critical and so is the role of our Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas region! Are you looking to continue honing your recruitment skills, business acumen and take the next step in your career? In this role, you’ll provide critical support to multiple business lines and countries, furthering the capabilities of the regional recruitment Center of Expertise. Bring your talent in partnering with leadership from the Business and Human Resources to drive for results, manage vendor/supplier relationships and build high quality talent pipelines and talent communities for key positions throughout USA, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina. Additionally, you will work to advance the Oerlikon Employer brand across various markets, support campus recruitment and execute the sourcing, selection, and onboarding processes, providing a delightful experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A Bachelor’s degree from, an accredited university
- 8-10 years’ experience in full life-cycle recruiting (experience in branding/marketing preferred)
- Proven ability to manage a team in a matrix organization
- Exceptional customer service and partnership with HR and the business
- Ability to engage in workforce planning and sourcing strategies
- Excellent project management and planning skills
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships to create a sustainable talent pipeline
- Experience in vendor/supplier management
- Participate in the development of ongoing creative and cost-effective sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated ability to function/recruit on an international, multi-location level
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases
- Advance experience using MS Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting
- Ability to manage competing demands, accept criticism and constructive feedback
- Travel required up to 20-30% as needed
