Job description

  • Maintain and develop existing and new customers
  • Provide advisory service to our customers through technical consulting (OEM, Tier1, Tier2)
  • Development and introduction of application and system solutions in close cooperation with customers and applications, quality and production up to series approval
  • Plan and prioritize sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims
  • Establishment, maintenance and further development of long-term customer relationships
  • Handling of customer complaints and requests
  • Preparation of work shops, trade fairs and sales meetings
  • Revealing new market opportunities
  • Market studies and competition analyzes
  • Maintain CRM customers database
  • Support accounts receivable activity
  • Plan / support local marketing activities and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities globally

Education :  Bachelor’s degree or higher education background majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Material Science and Engineering or Metallurgical Engineering or other engineering majors

 

Work Experience  

  • Experience in technical consultated sales in automotive industry (OEM, Tier1)
  • Experienced in the customer project management for automotive projects in sales
  • More than 10 years of successful project and customer experience in the international sales environment, preferred in the area of automotive industry

 

Skill & Ability :

  •     PVD or surface solution technologies are an advantage
  •    Negotiating skills
  •    Strong communication and presentation skills
  •    Excellent teamwork, especially as part of an international team
  •    Good English skills
  •    National and international willingness to travel
  •    Short and long term sales budget planning
  •    Strategic thinking & business acumen and good analytics skills
