Customer Care Representative
Location: Wixom, MI
Are you looking for a challenging growth opportunity with a global company to test your customer service skills? We are currently seeking an experienced customer service rep to support our Center Manager with our most valued customers!
- Daily interaction with customers for expediting and calling for CPU’s
- Answering phones/email and returning all inquiries
- Coordinate van pick up schedules
- Providing advanced notification of deliveries / Report in WEASY
- Assisting Center Manager with: Commitments Coating schedule, Open Order Report, and the Sales Line Status Report
- Two years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multi-task all while remaining organized
- Able to work under pressure
- Knowledge of coatings and/or tooling industry is desirable
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
