空缺职位 Treasury Analyst

We are looking for a Treasury Analyst for a newly established Shared Service Center based in Warsaw, Poland. The holder of this position will be responsible for the areas of FX/MM deal processing, bank account reconciliation, short term cash management, IC funding and report generation.



  • Reconcile bank accounts and ensure efficient short-term cash management.
  • Analyze daily cash positions and monitor compliance with internal and external investment thresholds.
  • Monitor and analyze daily the FX exposure of the Treasury Center
  • Prepare the weekly and monthly FX parity tables for the Group
  • Execute the group’s Treasury Share purchase programs and monitor portfolio of Treasury shares
  • Review and process financial transactions (FX, MM, investments, payments, etc.)
  • Perform credit ratings of group companies; prepare and archive IC financing agreements.
  • Perform IC interest rate fixing, interest calculation, interest accruals, reconciliation of cashpool accounts
  • Trade interest and FX derivatives with internal and external counterparties for hedging purposes
  • Monitor the group’s subsidiary cash levels
  • Monitor and review completeness of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reporting entries in the Treasury System
  • Reconcile net liquidity between the Cognos Reporting System and the Treasury System
  • Monitor counterparty risk of financial institutions and verify compliance with investment guidelines

  • Excellent accounting know-how and perfect understanding of financial contexts
  • Pays attention to detail and delivers results in time and in budget
  • Team-oriented and flexible personality
  • Can represent his/her own interests and yet be fair to other groups
  • Very good MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Excellent English a must, other languages are an advantage
  • Highest standards in terms of integrity and trust
  • Master’s degree in business administration (Finance or Accounting major preferred)
  • 2 to 5 years’ experience in a Corporate Treasury environment (ideally in an industrial group) or financial industry
