BALDIA COMPACT

In the demanding machining of compacted and sintered powders such as graphite, cemented carbides and ceramics, not only the substrate and the tool design are of essential importance. Just as significant are the surface and edge treatment, the interface engineering and optimal tool coating in order to achieve optimum results.

Tight tolerances can be achieved for the coating thickness or the tool diameter.

BALDIA® COMPACT is the preferred solution from single-item dental applications to mass production of graphite moulds and provides significant advantages.
