BALINIT DYLYN

Herdoiltzen aurkako babes bikaina eta eranstearen aurkako propietateak direla eta, BALINIT® DYLYN estaldura asko erabiltzen da. Higaduraren aurkako babesa eta marruskadura propietateak bereziki garrantzitsuak dira ingeniaritza mekanikorako, plastikoa prozesatzek eta erdieroaleen industriarako.

Plasmarekin Lagundutako Lurrun Deposizio kimikoa (PACVD) prozesuan zehar, plasma kitzikatzeak eta ionizazioak erreakzio kimikoa eragiten du. Kalitate eta etekin optimoa bermatzen da estaldura ingurune garbietan egiten denean hutsean eta pieza eta osagaien manipulazio zuzenarekin, zeinetan esperientzia handia dugun.

BALINIT® DYLYN estaldura industria medikuan eta paketeen industrietan zuloak eta moldeatzeak egiteko erabiltzen da (bereziki haridun tapoien eta PET botilen fabrikazioan), eta baita injekzio moldeatze erremintentzako pieza irristakorren fabrikazioan ere.
