    Protecting and enhancing your components

    Our complete unique in-house capabilities give us the ability to deliver finished components at reduced lead times. End functionality of the most demanding components can be further enhanced by our expertise in coatings in cooperation with our Oerlikon Metco and Oerlikon Balzers network.

    • Wire and sinker EDM for build plate removal and machining of critical sections with holes or slots.
    CNC Machining
    • Our in-house machining centers provide the ability to remove supports from the part and maintain critical geometry

    Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP)
    • In-house HIP centers in both EU and US locations
    • Reduction of remaining porosity to improve mechanical properties including fatigue resistance
