Oerlikon Leybold vacuum

When you send your vacuum pump to Leybold, we use an easy 7-step process for servicing your equipment:

1. Contact Leybold Vacuum at 800-764-5369, ext. 4
2. Request a Service Notification Number (SNN)
3. Leybold sends you a Declaration of Contamination Form* (DOC) to let us know what you have run through the pump
4. You complete the DOC and send it to Leybold
5. Leybold issues you a SNN
6. You send your pump to the Leybold Service Facility
7. Leybold repairs your pump and returns it to you “good as new”
