Oerlikon Solar

Production lines offered by Oerlikon Solar are modular end-to-end solutions. Tailored to the required capacity, they consist of systems for Transparent Conductive Oxide (TCO), Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition (PECVD), back contact deposition and laser patterning (LSS). For glass cleaning, automation, packaging and further functions, Oerlikon Solar has selected and qualified systems for integration into the production line. This concept provides the PV industry a new, flexible and fully automated line concept, offering high yield and availability at low cost. The modular configuration facilitates later expansion.
